surprisingly charming experience
tram stop comfortable bed friendly staff
the tram stop was a short walk. i found the bed very comfortable and warm, which i appreciated after a long day. the bar staff were friendly. i was allowed to take my takeout to my room and provided with cutlery
i noticed a lack of tea and coffee in my room. there was chargeable coffee downstairs in the pub, but i preferred an in-room option. also i had to use handwash because no shower gel was provided

The staff were friendly and helpful.. I appreciated their attentiveness. The room was clean and well kept. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night. I found the bar area inviting and clean, fostering a relaxed atmosphere.
The absence of water glasses in the room was a minor inconvenience. I had to request them from the bar.

The room was clean, and the bed proved quite comfortable. I appreciated the easy access to the tram stop. It made getting around VERY easy. The staff I encountered were generally friendly and helpful. The bar downstairs had a good atmosphere.

i booked a double room i found it spacious and very clean the bed was indeed comfortable the room temperature was perfect i could order food and drinks from the bar the hotel has a vending machine too i would book again.
