the tram stop was a short walk. i found the bed very comfortable and warm, which i appreciated after a long day. the bar staff were friendly. i was allowed to take my takeout to my room and provided with cutlery
i noticed a lack of tea and coffee in my room. there was chargeable coffee downstairs in the pub, but i preferred an in-room option. also i had to use handwash because no shower gel was provided

The room was clean, and the bed proved quite comfortable. I appreciated the easy access to the tram stop. It made getting around VERY easy. The staff I encountered were generally friendly and helpful. The bar downstairs had a good atmosphere.

the staff was friendly and cute. the radiators worked very well. a bus stop was conveniently located right outside (i found that quite handy).
the check-in process felt a little clunky to me. i had to go through the pub downstairs for it. the room access was via an external metal fire escape staircase, which wasn't ideal. (security was good though).
